This is one of the premier events in Ontario and being the only point-to-point race in the Province makes it one of the most unique. Athletes will start the day at the Welland International Flatwater Centre, a legacy facility of the 2015 Toronto Pan Am Games. Construction of the Welland Canal started nearly 200 years ago and was a major contributor to the growth and prosperity of southern Ontario. It has become an ideal location for warm, pristine open water swimming. You will then bike and run your way to the world famous Niagara Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world.

Ready for the first outdoor tri of the year! Join us for a  bike and run workout on the course. Veterans will be on hand to answer any of you questions. This is a great way to make sure you are prepared for the race.

We meet at Shelter 14 near the Longview Lake Marina. Take I-470 to Raytown Road south to Longview Road. Turn east (toward the lake) on Longview Road. Before entering the Marina parking area at the road split, stay right on Longview Road and follow the road to Shelter 14.

The relaxed setting of Corporate Woods allows you to go as fast or as slow as you like and still be part of the group. So join us and Spring into Action. It is time to dust off your helmet, fill up your tires, and hit the road for some Spring Training. Join TRiKC members each Tuesday starting in April to warm up for the triathlon season. These sessions will include both cycling and running (bricks) with the emphasis on building a base. 

This week meet at the Kansas Speedway. Enter the Speedway at Phoenix Dr. Take a left on Daytona to France Family Dr. Take a right and follow the KCCC signs to park. We will meet in the parking area.

Youth indoor triathlon from 3:00 to 4:30pm at the JCC Sport and Fitness Center (5801 W. 115th Street, Leawood, Kansas). We  swim, bike, and run, in that order. We use the Fitness Center trainers, so there is no need to bring a bike. Initially meet in the indoor bike room to set up on the bikes and then start the workout in the indoor pool. Bring a couple of towels, water bottle, and swim/workout gear and clothing.
