Each Tuesday throughout the summer TRiKC members meet for an evening of riding followed by a run. Brick by Brick we improve our conditioning. After each session, we gather at a local restaurant to socialize. These workouts are geared to multisport athletes of all abilities. Come join us, it is a great way to get to know the other members, meet others who are passionate about the sport, and improve your performance.
For anyone who is interested, you will be given a workout to help you increase your speed and threshold engine.
