Spring is here and it is time to get outside to improve your fitness and triathlon performance. Join a fun group of fellow triathletes in weekly brick workouts (bike and run) and build your endurance, improve your technique efficiency, and perform your best! Be race ready.

TRiKC has weekly workouts on Tuesday evenings in which you can progressively build your endurance, at your pace, while becoming more efficient so you can perform and feel better while racing faster.

We welcome all levels from beginners to experienced triathletes. If you want to be fitter, faster, healthier and happier, join us on Tuesday evenings this Spring for TRiKC’s Spring Training. Check the Coming Attractions page at www.TRiKC.org for the time and location each week. We hope to see your beautiful faces, new and old, on Tuesday evenings. And you also invited to join us for After Hours after each workout.

Come Train With Us!

Starting May, Bike + Run + Eat. Sound like fun? It is! On Tuesdays throughout the summer and fall, TRiKC members meet at various locations in the area for an evening of cycling followed by a run. Brick by Brick we improve our conditioning and build a thick as a brick foundation. After each session, some gather at a local restaurant to socialize. Multisport athletes of all abilities are welcome to join us. It is a great way to get to know the others, meet others who are passionate about the sport, and improve your athletic abilities, all while having fun. Check the Coming Attractions page for the time and location each week and plan to join the action. We hope to see your beautiful face, new and old, on Tuesday evenings. And if you can, join us for After Hours after each workout.


AGE 15 OR UNDER? COME GIVE IT A TRI

No matter your experience level, the SBR Elite Youth Triathlon Team wants you! Do you like to swim, bike, and run? If so, you are going to love the sport of triathlon and experiencing the balance of multi-sport training, social fun, and development of life-long skills along the way. All youth, of any level, ages 7 to 15, are invited to be part of the team. We practice on Sunday afternoons and it is free to be a member. Beth Potter Heads Stellar British Line-Up For supertri E World Triathlon Championships powered by Zwift - World Champion Beth Potter and Olympic bronze medallist Vicky Holland are joining a British line-up for the supertri E World Triathlon Championships powered by Zwift in London on April 13.

eTRi TRAINING

Experience the fun of eTRi Training™ cycling sessions on Tuesdays at 6:00pm, starting on November 23 to December 21. eTRi Training is open to all current TRiKC members and there is no fee payable to TRiKC to participate. November and December are the time you can improve your performance with structured workouts, group rides, and maybe even a race. Don’t be a couch potato, train with a with a purpose with workouts designed and calculated to make you a better triathlete.

Together let’s push ourselves, all within OUR own fitness levels. With eTRi Training, you can do professional triathlete workouts in YOUR training zones.

With eTRi Training you train on your cycling trainer in your own home. You need a Zwift account which will allow you to train within your own fitness level. You will also need a smart trainer or a speed sensor on your bike or trainer, so that Zwift recognizes your current fitness level.

Now is not the time to hibernate. This fall, give yourself time to make training adaptions, to at least maintain fitness, or better yet to get even fitter. Join us for eTRi Training™. 20u HIGH PERFORMANCE SBR ELITE TEAM

For those ages 15 to 20, you are invited to join the 20u High Performance SBR Elite Team which is dedicated to supporting team members in their pursuit of non-drafting and draft-legal triathlon racing. Our training program will be designed to help junior triathletes succeed in local age group triathlons and on national and international stages in high school, collegiate, and professional formats. If you are interested, send an email so indicating to sbreliteteam@gmail.com. The program is formulated and scheduled based upon the interests of the team.


ELITE YOUTH TRIATHLON TEAM

Calling the youth of the world. This year join SBR Elite Training and Racing which is a triathlon youth development program for junior triathletes ages 8 through 16. Our 2021 practices start April 4. If you would like to be part of the SBR Elite Squad, email us at sbreliteteam@gmail.com.

OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALIST GWEN JORGENSEN

World champion Gwen Jorgensen battled London Gold Medalist, Nicola Spirig, to win Gold for the USA in the women's triathlon at Rio 2016.  Gwen went from business women to triathlete. Check out a video of her story here.

TRiKC PERSONAL COACHING

Would you like to be stronger and faster this season? 19° Triathlon Coaching is providing TRiKC triathletes with a customized training plan which includes personal coaching. You will receive you own personal training plan designed specifically for your needs and your schedule. You will learn on how to properly train for a triathlon without becoming injured. Your training program will be specially designed to help you properly train for an Olympic or Sprint Distance Race. When you finish this program, you will be stronger and faster, guaranteed.
