Ready to build some strength? Join us for some ROLLERS! We meet at Corporate Woods and then ride over to Grant to ride the Grant and Mastin Hills. Then back to Corporate Woods for the run. RECCE RIDE & Run!

Ready for the first outdoor tri of the year! Join us for a  bike and run workout on the course. Veterans will be on hand to answer any of you questions. This is a great way to make sure you are prepared for the race.

We meet at Shelter 14 near the Longview Lake Marina. Take I-470 to Raytown Road south to Longview Road. Turn east (toward the lake) on Longview Road. In simple terms, one of the best triathlons in the world. This is one of the premier events in Ontario and being the only point-to-point race in the Province makes it one of the most unique. Athletes will start the day at the Welland International Flatwater Centre, a legacy facility of the 2015 Toronto Pan Am Games. Construction of the Welland Canal started nearly 200 years ago and was a major contributor to the growth and prosperity of southern Ontario. It has become an ideal location for warm, pristine open water swimming. You will then bike and run your way to the world famous Niagara Falls, one of the natural wonders of the world.

Clash Daytona

The three-day triathlon festival will attract athletes from around the world to compete at the “World Center of Racing ®” and will feature an array of different events, including age-grouper sprint and middle-distance events, junior challenges, a Pro-Am relay and will culminate with a PTO Middle Distance World Championship Race with a $1,000,000 prize purse for the world’s top professional triathletes.

The event weekend is anticipated to host the following events: PTO Middle Distance World Championships Sprint and Middle-Distance Triathlons Junior Challenge kids’ race Pro Am Relay Race 5K/10K run/walk events Relay categories Duathlon and Aquabike events.
