It is time to dust off your helmet, fill up your tires, and hit the road for some Spring Training. Join TRiKC members each Tuesday to warm up for the triathlon season. These sessions will include both cycling and running (bricks) with the emphasis on building a base. Join us for After Hours after the brick.

We meet at Shelter 14 near the Longview Lake Marina. Take I-470 to Raytown Road south to Longview Road. Turn east (toward the lake) on Longview Road.
