Each Tuesday throughout the summer TRiKC members meet for an evening of riding followed by a run. Brick by Brick we improve our conditioning. After each session, we gather at a local restaurant to socialize. These workouts are geared to multisport athletes of all abilities. Come join us, it is a great way to get to know the other members, meet others who are passionate about the sport, and improve your performance.   

Today we meet at Shelter 14 near the Longview Lake Marina. Take I-470 to Raytown Road south to Longview Road. Turn east (toward the lake) on Longview Road.
