THE MINI ESCAPE TRI AND SUPER SPRINT

Triathletes at The Mini Escape and Super Sprint Triathlon will swim in pool at Ellis Porter Riverside Park in Jefferson City, and features different bike and run courses for youth ages 8 and under, 9 to 12, and 13 to 14. Triathletes ages 13 to 14 will compete in the Super Sprint which will consist of a 200 Meter Swim / 5.3 Mile Bike / 1.5 Mile Run. Triathletes ages 9 to 12 will complete a 100 Meter Swim / 3.4 Mile Bike (2 Loops) / 1.2 Mile Run (2 Loops). Triathletes ages 8 and under will complete a 25 Meter Swim / 1.7 Mile Bike / 0.6 Mile Run. The old historic Missouri State Penitentiary will serve as a background for the races.
